My husband chuckled at the mention of mom and then laughed at the area involving feet.
He said, "The intimate scenes are hot. I like this book because I can better grasp the concept of it."

My heartfelt thank you and a grateful hug to Cathie for her words...

DARK HOPE by Paula Calloway is an outstanding creative and unique story of two that needed so much, and when doubts surfaced, it just made them each stronger. This book had me feeling so many different emotions when reading this, that even today, I'd say a year after reading it, I still can picture scenes as well as still have feeling about the beautiful scenes in DARK HOPE.

DARK HOPE is a vampire romance story about Angelique who is blind and Nicholas who is a vampire.  They must endure so much that they grew not just closer to each other, but also grew stronger in love and life and eternity.  Between the connection that they make with each other, the author could have  you cry, smile and even want to reach out to them both so that they go past the  difficulties and doubts with each other and be together forever. I highly recommend this book and would guarantee an outstanding read.

Cathie said, "I heard my favorite of yours, that I feel a re-read coming on. For those you who haven't read it, its DARK HOPE where the hero is a vampire and the heroine is a witch, and she is to blind. Just a read that never leaves you." and "There's some books that really push my emotions and scenes stay with me for a long time, even if its just glimpse/feels of them. I then do a re-read!"

Anonymous reader, "Cathie - I agree with you about DARK HOPE! Loved that one, Paula!" and "Totally with you on that one.  I have some books that I don't have to read again and again (although I often will!) but where I'll still get tears in my eyes or have a burst of laughter just thinking about them a month or so down the line.  Those are always the best books."

Anonymous reader, "That's my favorite of Paula's, too."
