I ask your forgiveness and understanding as I am forced to postpone the speed with which I tackle the final steps of readying the remaining twelve parts of the LaViolette Serial.
Murphy's Law says, "When it rains, it pours."
It's pouring.
I encountered something in this epic saga needing my undivided attention as plots cannot be left unresolved.
Simultaneously, an unexpected family crisis requiring a major portion of my attention and time over the next several months has made a non-negotiable demand.
The rest of the saga is complete to the point of two passes from me, one from the editor and a final scan by the publisher, but my family crisis has severely eaten my writing time.
I have no wish to send out poor work or make my editor and publisher complete my job as such is my obligation alone.
This is a temporary issue and will be resolved as fast as possible without either my family or the saga suffering. Unfortunately, it means you the reader will have to wait on the epic story. This is something I never intended, but cannot avoid. I ask your forgiveness and understanding in this matter.
Part one and two are being intensified and, after the rewrites, my wonderful and understanding publisher, eXtasy Books, agreed to put parts one and two, LaViolette: Conviction Awakened and LaViolette: Adaptation up for a discount of sizeable potion. Part three, LaViolette: Into the Lair will also have a discount. All three parts will be re-released within a very short time of each other. If you purchased part one and two, proof will be required, but will result in you receiving the newer version.
